Market Norm V/S Social Norm

We could approach a person for his service via 2 ways. We could adopt market norm or social norm. Say we are in fever market rate for our treatment is rs 100. If we offer doctor & paying rs 1000 then we are approaching him professionals & this is market norm. If we ask for doctor service for free as help then we are approaching him with social norm. There is no issue in approaching anyone with social norm. The other person may also refuse to help you but there are also many person in world who like to do charity & help. It's kind of wonderful feeling when you help someone unconditionally & many people like to experience it regularly in life. The problem arise when you approach someone with social norm & then you tries to pay him in return for his service with less amount then market norm. We all do have a invisible boundary that help us to distinguish things that we do control, have right & that we don't. Some examples of boundary from practical life : 1) Boundary of Nation : every nation have its boundary & jurisdiction of that nation applies to all part within that boundary.  You can't cross any nation boundary without prior approval. 2) Your home : your home do have boundary in form of walls. No body could enter in your home without approval. 3) King castle : Earlier, kings Live in a castle protected with some layers of defence. If one tries to enter in King castle without approval, it's considered as attack. You may have listen many times in general communication, "hey, you are crossing your limits". 2 fuels of life - happiness & courage

What is system? System means following predefined steps one by one aligned in sequence to achieve desired target. Now, you have to define those steps & its sequence which leads you to goal. Ex, every machine follow system. In net banking, its a predefined sequence that ask for id, password, otp on phone & then payment.
